You do realize, I hope, that traffic will be even more of a nightmare with autonomous vehicles then it already is? Instead of going to park themselves in an (expensive) parking structure while their owner is at work, they will like drive home! This should be nothing to get excited about. The only good thing about them is that they will likely drive better than most humans.
